Games will be played in the Galaxy Ballroom on the first floor. Next door is the analysis and coffee area, with views over the Queenstown Lake and Mountains.

The Millennium is centrally located (2 minutes' walk from the centre of town), and is surrounded by numerous hotels, motels, and other places to stay.

Players are asked to register their arrival with the organisers at the tournament hall.
