Payments Online payments on this site are secure and fully encrypted. Transactions are processed by WorldPay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group), one of the world's leading secure payment providers. We accept Mastercard, Visa (icluding Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing), JCB, Solo, and Switch (sometimes called Maestro). Note that the name "Perfect Pastimes Ltd" will appear on your credit card statement. Postage and Packing 10% (of the cost of the order) is added for customers within the United Kingdom. For outside the United Kingdom, the charge is 20% of the cost of the order. Postage/packing is added on the shopping trolley page. Be sure to select the correct value, otherwise your order might be delayed. Delivery Your order will be sent out promptly. If there is any reason for delay, you will be informed by email. For that reason, it is important that you provide a valid email address when making your payment online. Since the online payment is collected automatically, it is not possible for us to delay it (for example, in the unlikely event that we could not immediately supply the goods ordered). However, if we cannot supply the goods, we will refund your payment promptly. Shopping Procedure You may pay for any item in pounds sterling, US dollars, or euros. Simply click on the button that shows the currency in which you wish to pay. The item will be added to your shopping trolley. At any time, you can view the contents of the shopping trolley by clicking on the 'View shopping' button. On the shopping trolley pages there are options to change the quantities of the products (for example, remove an item from the trolley by setting the number to 0) and to calculate the full amount (including postage and packing). When you have everything you want in the trolley, you have the option to proceed to the payment pages. The trolley will NOT accept items in more than one currency. The currency is defined by the first item you put in your trolley, so take care to select the one you prefer. (Currently, the only way to reset the currency is to proceed to the payment area with 0 items in your trolley). Returns We aim to please! If an item is faulty, we will, of course, replace it. If we ask you to return a faulty item, we will refund the postage cost. If you decide a video/DVD is unsuitable, you may return it (at your own expense) and we will exchange it for another or give you credit to purchase something else. We will refund for an item you find unsuitable, provided you return it to us (at your expense) within 7 days of purchase (videos/DVDs must be returned unopened and unused). Special Payments There may be instances where we need to collect payment of a miscellaneous amount from you (such as unpaid postage, etc).
