The following numbers of seeded players may be
nominated by their national chess federations. These seeded players from the
Oceania federations will receive free twin-share accommodation at the
Millennium Hotel, Rotorua, and free entry, courtesy of the tournament
organisers. Please note that this is a FIDE event so the federations need to be
fully paid-up members of FIDE in order to participate.

No expenses or pocket money will be paid. The Oceania
federations must provide, by email, the names of their selected players to NZCF
President Paul Spiller by 31st October 2010.
The winner of the Oceania Zonal should be willing and
prepared to represent the zone at the next FIDE World Cup Event, for which
he/she has qualified.
Other players from the FIDE Oceania zone may enter the
tournament, upon payment of the entry fees, based on their FIDE rating at 1st
May 2010.
The closing date for entries is Friday 31st December
2010. The organisers may, at their discretion, accept late entries. |

Entry fees include a sum payable to FIDE.
Entry fees may be paid in New Zealand currency by either bank transfer to
the NZCF account (see details below) or by cheque drawn on a New Zealand bank
account. Credit card payments: these can be made in Australian dollars via the
secure online facilities at

All entry fees are
based on FIDE ratings as at 1st May 2010. Closing date for entries: 31st
December 2010.
Late entry fee: NZ $90 or AUS $70.
Enter during the NZ Congress, 2nd-14th January, and the late
